Once again I was one of the lucky tappers! Crowdtap sent me a FREE 24oz bag of Johnsonville Classic Italian Meatballs to try! Yes, I received Meatballs through the mail! (Hilarious, RIGHT?)
Here you see my bag of Johnsonville Classic Italian Style Meatballs & the Prego sauce I chose to use for my Pasta Primavera which was Roasted Garlic & Parmesan.
I boiled 8oz of Penne Pasta!! & of course, drained it! 😀Only making half of the recipe, so did not need the whole LB!
My pot with half a bag of meatballs, my jar of sauce and a special ingredient!
I decided to add my own twist to "Pasta Primavera" and instead of using an ordinary can of diced tomatoes, I used a can of diced tomatoes and Green Chilies to add" a little kick to the sauce!

Horrible photo of Chef Jenn! 😃
My finished "Kickin Pasta Primavera!" I don't eat much pasta, but did eat a little to give my creation a try! It tasted really good. The Classic Italian Meatballs cooked just right! They have an amazing flavor and you can't tell you are eating a frozen product. Plus, that "special ingredient" added the perfect kick! 😄 Very successful Lunch with Johnsonville! The husband was very pleased & stuffed to the max when he returned to work!
Oh, can't forget to post my homemade Garlic Toast! 4 slices of whole grain white, 1/2 cup melted butter and garlic powder! Stuck them in the oven on 375 for about 10-12 minutes and BAM, Garlic Toast! GO ME!
AND LIKE ALWAYS *I received the package of Johnsonville Meatballs Free from Crowdtap for testing purposes. Opinions stated are 100% my own! #MeatballMasters #Sponsored
